Human Resource Management

This class develops excellence in people management, to boost the ability of leaders and managers to produce meaningful contributions to organisational success.It provides students with the ability to react to people management challenges within organizations that are contemporary, and gain skills in communication, team work, critical thinking and problem-solving. This training degree will ensure graduates are business-driven HR professionals, with expertise in public management.

University entry requirements apply. All candidates are required to have an AQF Level 7 Bachelor degree in a subject Aside from Individual Resource Management, or a AQF Level 8 Accreditation Certificate or Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management, together with equivalents considered. Alternatively applicants may apply with equal previous training, for example at least five years appropriate professional experience.
