The most significant difference between study programs in Behavioral Science and Psychology is that study program in Behavioral Science will most likely include human and animal biology, and make emphasis on neuroscience, while Psychology study programs are more theoretical. Some study programs in Behavioral Sciences include Chemistry and Biophysics. Statistics courses is also one of the important parts of a degree in Behavioral Science, since the statistical method is one of the most important in observations.
The curricula consists of laboratory and theoretical lessons (lectures and seminars).
Undergraduate study programs in Behavioral Sciences can last from three to five years - it depends on the chosen institution and country.
