    The IUBH Master’s programme in Leadership and Management teaches key skills of leadership that are equally applicable to general management, controlling, human resources and innovation management. The huge corporate demand for globally-oriented executives and IUBH’s excellent reputation in academia and industry gives IUBH graduates huge leverage for a successful career, whether in their country of origin, in Germany or one of 25 Schengen countries covered by a post-study work permit.

    To give international students the opportunity to work in Europe, the IUBH also offers a special career package which is broken down into four main phases: Cultural awareness, networking in Germany, the capstone project and finally the chance to get a job in Germany. The IUBH „Career Package“ maximises your chances of a successful career with a German company by offering detailed information on exactly what German employers are looking for.

    You will strengthen your professional profile through courses in the following areas:

    In the second semester you can choose one of three elective courses:

    • Negotiation
    • Managerial Economics
    • Business German

    Program requirements

    • With 240 ECTS from first degree: direct enrolment possible or
    • With 210 ECTS from first degree: pass an aptitude test (TASC) or
    • With 180 ECTS from first degree: pass an aptitude test (TASC)
    • At least 1 year of professional working experience after your first university level degree
    • English, academic IELTS 6.0/ TOEFL IBT 80 points, Duolingo 60%*

    Aptitude Test TASC

    The TASC examination is used to determine if you have the knowledge and skills necessary to successfully pursue the IUBH degree programme to which you are applying. Preparatory study materials are available on our CLIX learning platform to all candidates who will be taking the test. The materials include further literature references and detailed instructions that make it possible to work, for the most part, independently in preparation for taking the test.

    Scholarship: Admitted students can apply for a 100% scholarship during their first semester of studies.
